The following Seurat file is here to facilitate the use of single-cell RNA-seq from diagnosis (day 0) AML samples and healthy controls. The data was generated using Seq-Well. The Seurat object contains 22,600 cells from 22 samples with metadata columns including cell type. Follow-up samples are not included in this file: to access the full dataset, use the GEO link above.
